Before an oil earns a place at Authentic Oliv Co, we look beyond label design and origin words. Where available, we review producer documentation, organic certification and harvest analysis to understand freshness, careful handling and extra virgin quality indicators.
We do not turn changing laboratory results into permanent marketing numbers. Oliv oil is agricultural, and every harvest has its own natural character. Instead, we use analysis responsibly: to guide selection, educate customers and support confidence in the producers we choose.
