Who controls your information

Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order and payment-status information, correspondence, review content, hospitality enquiries, Sardinia Reset interest information, and basic website analytics or device information.
Why we use it
- To process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer service — necessary to perform a contract.
- To respond to enquiries and manage reviews, stock, fraud prevention and business records — our legitimate interests.

Payments and service providers
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Authentic Oliv Co does not receive or store your full card number. We may use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Resend for transactional emails. These providers process limited data under their own safeguards and contractual terms.
Sharing and international transfers
We share information only when needed with payment, hosting, email, analytics, delivery, professional-adviser or legal-authority recipients. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses are used.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, dispute handling and legal obligations. Order and accounting records are normally retained for up to six years. Enquiries and interest-list details are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer required.
Cookies and local storage
The basket uses local storage so your selections and delivery choice can remain on your device. Essential storage supports functionality and does not require advertising consent. Google Analytics may use non-essential storage to measure visits. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking essential storage may affect the basket.
